The programme combines three navigation legs and four overland legs across Todos los Santos, Frías and Nahuel Huapi lakes. The day begins in Puerto Varas toward Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park and Petrohué Falls, with catamaran boarding on Todos los Santos Lake toward Peulla, where Chilean customs formalities take place. It continues overland to Puerto Frías, by navigation across Laguna Frías to Puerto Alegre, a leg to Puerto Blest and a final navigation across Lago Nahuel Huapi to Puerto Pañuelo, with transfer to Bariloche.
