Boarding takes place at Hotel Lago Grey, inside Torres del Paine National Park, with check-in one hour before each departure; reaching the boarding point requires a 30 to 45 minute walk along Grey beach. The route passes among icebergs with views of Cerro Paine Grande and the Paine massif. The fare includes one drink on board per passenger.
