João Pessoa Tour with guide

This 10-hour service is an interstate excursion from Pernambuco to Paraíba. The itinerary covers the attractions of João Pessoa: its historic center, Ponta do Seixas as the easternmost point of the American continent, and the sunset at Praia do Jacaré, accompanied by Ravel's Bolero. Departure is early from Recife with a 2-hour drive. The first stop is at Ponta do Seixas, followed by a tour of the historic center of João Pessoa and the São Francisco Church complex. Time is available for lunch (not included). The day culminates at Praia do Jacaré to witness the sunset. The return to Recife is at night. It operates in a private vehicle with a guide included.

The service ends after sunset, so the return to the hotel in Recife will be at night. Groups of more than 3 passengers: SUV or Minivan. English-speaking guide included; Spanish-, Portuguese-, German- or French-speaking guides on request at the same rate.

What happens after I book?

When you book, we receive your booking and start working on it: it shows as “In process” and we let you know of every update. Vouchers are sent once payments have been received.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations follow Clause 7 of the Terms: more than 30 days before the service, no penalty and a full refund; 15 to 30 days, 25%; 8 to 14 days, 50%; 3 to 7 days, 75%; less than 72 hours before commencement or a no-show, 100%. Certain destinations — Patagonia, the Amazon region and high-demand dates in peak season — apply stricter terms, stated in the quotation. The schedule above is indicative: the conditions that apply to each booking are those stated in the quotation, and may be stricter in high season, on public holidays or where a service has its own policy.

Can dates or passenger names be changed after booking?

Amendment requests must reach RUMBO LIBRE at least 72 business hours before the service begins. Changes are managed subject to availability, and any resulting rate difference applies. For private services, a name change may require re-issuing the booking at the current rate.
