What we handle

When to hold it

The congress season runs March to June and August to November. December to February is low for groups, because holidays, Carnival and the school break commit hotel space, and a group ends up competing with leisure demand for the same rooms. For an incentive, the August to November window works better in the Northeast and the Amazon.
