Half-day service to a Patagonian estancia in the El Calafate area, with hotel pick-up and transfer in a tourism vehicle. The programme opens with an introductory talk and a sheep-herding demonstration with sheepdogs, followed by a walking tour of the ranch grounds —shearing shed, corrals and kitchen garden— where hand shearing with scissors is shown. Lunch is served in the quincho and includes spit-roasted Patagonian lamb, empanadas, salads and dessert. The service runs with guide included and on a shared basis with driver. Approximate duration is 5 hours. The programme may cover a midday or afternoon slot depending on the booking.
