Uco Valley — Premium Wineries and Lunch
Full-day private excursion to the Valle de Uco near Mendoza, Argentina, with guide. Visits premium wineries with guided tastings and a multi-course lunch with pairings.
The drive leaves the city of Mendoza behind and climbs towards the Valle de Uco, where the vineyards spread above 1,000 metres of altitude with the Cordillera de los Andes filling the whole horizon. At the valley wineries a guide leads the walk through the trellises and production rooms, explaining how altitude and the wide temperature range define the profile of the varietals before each tasting.
The day includes a multi-course lunch served at a winery restaurant, each plate matched with a house wine and the mountains framed through the windows. The return to Mendoza is in the afternoon, after the last visit.
