Olive Farm and Olive Oil Tasting
Guided visit to an olive farm in Maipú with a tour of the production process and an olive oil tasting. Shared service with transfer from Mendoza.
After the transfer from the city, the visit enters an olive farm in Maipú, one of the areas on the Mendoza olive route. The tour passes through the olive groves and the production plant, where the path of the fruit is followed from harvest to oil bottling, accompanied by a guide.
The visit closes with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil and preserves made on site, allowing comparison of flavour profiles between the different varieties. The proximity to the area's wineries means the visit pairs with a wine tour on the same day.
