Villa La Angostura and Bosque de Arrayanes

Private full-day tour to Villa La Angostura and the Bosque de Arrayanes from Bariloche, with guide. It includes the boardwalk walk in Los Arrayanes National Park.

The day follows the northern shore of Nahuel Huapi along Route 40 to Villa La Angostura, a mountain town set among lakes where a stop is made before entering Los Arrayanes National Park on the Quetrihué peninsula.

The Bosque de Arrayanes is one of the few mature forests of this species in the world: trees with cool, cinnamon-coloured bark that form a vegetal tunnel. It is crossed on foot along a wooden boardwalk, with panels explaining the forest and a tea house at the end of the trail. Travelling privately and accompanied by a guide, the time at each stop and the pace of the walk adjust to the group.
