Bariloche City Tour and Colonia Suiza

Private half-day excursion through Bariloche, the Circuito Chico and Colonia Suiza, with guide. A route of around 65 km along the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi.

The route follows Lake Nahuel Huapi along the Circuito Chico, one of the panoramic roads that ring Bariloche. After the Centro Cívico and Playa Bonita, it reaches the base of Cerro Campanario, whose viewpoint at 1,050 metres opens onto the maze of lakes, peninsulas and islands; from the Llao Llao peninsula and Bahía López the scenery alternates between forest, water and mountains.

The detour to Colonia Suiza leads to a small village founded by Swiss settlers, with its wooden houses, regional produce markets and the curanto cooked underground on market days. The guide accompanies the whole route, with time for photo stops along the circuit.
