Pisco Route — wineries and vineyards of Ica

Private tour along the Pisco Route in the Ica valley, with guide. Visit to wineries and vineyards with pisco and wine tasting.

The tour crosses the Ica valley among vineyards to reach the wineries where pisco is made. At an artisanal winery you see the traditional process: the press, the clay vessels where the must rests and the distillation stills, with an explanation of each stage.

The visit continues to a larger-production winery, with its growing fields and its tower from which the vineyard can be seen. At each stop a tasting of pisco in its different varieties is offered, along with wine and cachina, the fermented must of the area.
