Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park — Saltos del Petrohué
Private excursion to Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, with guide, visiting the Saltos del Petrohué and the shore of Lago Todos los Santos. Park entrance included.
The road follows the shore of Lake Llanquihue from Puerto Varas and crosses Ensenada toward Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, the oldest in Chile. At the Saltos del Petrohué, the river runs between volcanic rock formations and drops in turquoise-coloured falls, with walkways and viewpoints beside the channel. The route continues to the shore of Lago Todos los Santos, with its green waters, facing the cone of the Osorno Volcano.
The excursion is accompanied by a guide, with time to walk the park trails on foot and to stop at the viewpoints beside the falls.
Operational notes
Hotel pick-up in Puerto Montt. Access to the Saltos del Petrohué trails may have schedule restrictions during the winter season. Visibility of the Osorno Volcano depends on weather conditions.
