Boipeba by boat (full day)
Full-day boat trip from Morro de São Paulo to Ilha de Boipeba, with stops at the natural pools of Moreré and Cueira beach. A navigation route through the Cairu archipelago.
The boat leaves in the morning from Terceira Praia and sails south, leaving Ilha de Tinharé behind and crossing the channel to Ilha de Boipeba. The first long stop is at the natural pools of Moreré, where the warm water reveals corals and shoals of colourful fish; a floating raft serves drinks and seafood starters over the clear pools.
The day continues at Cueira beach, lined with coconut palms and lightly built up, with time for lunch before the return to Morro de São Paulo in the late afternoon.
Operational notes
The formation of the Moreré natural pools depends on the day's tide schedule. Morro de São Paulo and Boipeba are car-free islands: hotel pick-up is made on foot to the pier.
