The activity takes place in the Ferradura bay, enclosed and sheltered, where the water is usually flat and lets you paddle without wave effort. After a short briefing on technique, you enter the water standing on the SUP board or seated in the kayak.

From the water, the bay is framed by the coastal vegetation and the hills of the peninsula. The pace is set by each participant, and the monitor stays attentive throughout the outing.
