The day follows the northern strip of the island, where the open Atlantic settles into wide-sand bays. At Canasvieiras the water is calm and the beach stretches in front of a line of shops and kiosks. Further on, Jurerê blends the traditional district with Jurerê Internacional and its beach clubs lined along the sand.

The stop at the São José da Ponta Grossa Fortress, built in the 18th century on a rise facing the channel, opens views toward the mainland and the islands of the northern bay. Between beaches, the route passes lookouts and quieter coves, accompanied by a guide who provides the context of each point.
